Derek is the problem-solver behind many of our repairs. He has a natural curiosity about how things work and enjoys understanding machines down to the smallest detail. In his free time, he loves learning about the mechanics of not only home appliances but also cars.
Dmitry has a passion for understanding how things work, from household appliances to musical instruments. When he’s not fixing appliances or playing the drums, you’ll probably find him cooking a great Texas-style steak.
Natalia is the friendly voice connecting our customers and technicians. She keeps appointments organized and makes sure everything runs smoothly from the first call through to the completed repair. Outside of work, she enjoys writing poetry and songs.
While we’re just starting our day, Daria already knows what’s ahead. She keeps track of every appointment and knows when each customer needs her attention and support.
Anastasia brings both creativity and precision to her work. As both an accountant and an artist, she has a unique eye for detail and knows how to turn even the smallest pieces into a bigger picture.
